Hired by Eat Just to identify opportunities for high impact projects, building a food system model focused on nutritious low-cost food in Liberia. This was the foundational work that shaped Tailored Food. With Eat Just, we set up Kawadah Farm, our longest-standing entrepreneurial partner, to design, launch, and now scale fortified cassava-based products.
