Calla Doh

Calla Doh is a student at Rice University studying Environmental Sciences and Poverty, Justice, and Human Capabilities. She is passionate about advancing environmental justice and water-energy-food security globally. Her experience spans multiple continents and disciplines, from researching malnutrition in rural India and global solar supply chains in Ecuador to leading a nationwide plant-based dining consulting group. Raised in Seoul by a family of foodies, she is an avid Korean food cook! She loves to dance, hike, explore other countries, read historical fiction, and write poetry & creative non-fiction.
